Nous ne serons pas sages supports and relays the invitation to join the counter-demonstration for abortion rights in response to the anti-choice rally to be held in Quebec City on June 1. This counter-demonstration is an initiative of the Riposte committee, a coalition of community groups, organizations and unions initiated by the Fédération du Québec pour le planning des naissances (FQPN).
The event takes place at Parc de la Francophonie (758 Grande Allée E, Quebec City) from 11:45 am to 2 pm.
We're calling on Pas Sages all over so-called Quebec to answer this call and mobilize in large numbers for access to bodily autonomy for all. Buses will be leaving for Quebec City from various locations that morning. For bus reservation forms, consult the FQPN's website. You are encouraged to reserve your place before May 1st.
