MONTREAL, March 18, 2024 - The Nous ne serons pas sages coalition aims to counteract the global rise of homophobia and transphobia at the root of worrying setbacks for the rights of 2SLGBTQIA+ people. Launched this morning with a press conference, the campaign brings together 114 organizations (list attached), activists, and researchers to call for the dissolution of the Comité des sages charged with advising the Quebec government on its policies towards trans and non-binary people.
